Erin Moll
Erin Moll, soprano, hails from Morton, Illinois. She received the Alumni Talent Scholarship to pursue music studies at Illinois Wesleyan University. She graduated with honors in May of 2008 with a Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance and minors in Theatre Arts and French. During her education, she was seen on stage as Zerlina in Don Giovanni, Hanna Wilson in Richard Wargo’s Ballymore: Losers. Some of her professional credits include comprimario roles such as Kate (The Pirates of Penzance), Papagena, and First Novice (Suor Angelica). In the fall of 2009, Ms. Moll moved to Paris where she worked as a language assistant while continuing to pursue her career in music. In May of 2010, she made her international debut, performing the role of the Strawberry Seller in Britten’s Death in Venice in a joint effort with Paris’s Opéra Côté Choeur and La petite philharmonie de poche de Paris. Following that, she sang the role of Adina in L’Elisir d’amore as part of the music festival, Musica e musica in Le Marche, Italy. Ms. Moll currently resides in Ann Arbor, where she teaches ESL. She is very excited to have the opportunity to share her talents with the Ann Arbor area as a part of OOT!
